| 1. Order: |

i. Minimum order quantity is 12 pieces per design. Buyers are allow to mix colors among the 12 pieces. |
| |
ii. Exclusive designs are subject to charge extra for mold fee. |
| |
iii. All prices are net in USD F.O.B Bangkok, Thailand. |
| |
iv. Freight and shipping expenses are incurred by buyer. |

| |
| 2. Payment: |
| |
i. A deposit of 50% from Por forma invoice is required before production as a confirmation of the order. The rest balance should be T/T before shipment. |

| |
| 3. Production Time: |
| |
i. Subject to availability of materials the average production time per order is between four (4) weeks. |
| |
ii. The production time for custom made designs samples is around two to three weeks. |
|
| |
| 4. Shipment: |
| |
i. Delivery of goods is carried out via air freight or express courier (Fedex / UPS). Please advise us your preferred means of shipment upfront. |

| 5. Return/ Cancel Policy: |
| |
i. Damaged good must be returned within 14 days after received. |
| |
ii. We refund or repair only items those are defected or miss-produced from our side. |
| |
iii. Cancellation of order should be made within 5 working days; otherwise Y&J will charge material costs or fees. |
